SMS Activity Data

Exports at 3 A.M. EST, containing any selected event (Sent, Receipt, Click, Conversion) (Not Unique) that occurred for a specified list on a specified short code over the relative “yesterday” 24-hour period.

Available Fields

• Mobile Number – Phone number of the contact formatted as 14436145766
• ExternalContactID – External contact ID, value provided by the client which can be stored in Listrak for export record
• MerchantName – Merchant name of the specified Short Code ID specified for the export
• ShortCode – Short Code specified for the export
• ShortCodeID – Short Code ID specified for the export
• EmailAddress – Linked email address associated with the Mobile Number contact
• SMSListID – specified List ID of the export
• SMSListName – Listname of the specified list for export
• Subject/Title – Subject/Title of the message associated with the activity row
• EventDate – Date of the event for the SMS activity row
• EventType – Type of event for the row

• MessageType – “SMS” to note the message send type as SMS. Null values may appear, which indicate a system message such as “Double OptIn” or “System Already Subbed Message.”

• GoogleAnalyticsCampaignName – Google Analytics campaign name of the message specified in the sms message design
