Central Penn Business Journal has named Listrak Inc. among the 2023 Best Places to Work in PA – a designation that identifies, recognizes and honors outstanding employers across the Commonwealth.
Companies are judged in the categories of small, medium, and large, based on the number of employees. This is the 5th year that Listrak has been included in Best Places to Work in PA, making the list of Large Employers.

The awards are held in partnership with Best Companies Group, which manages the registration and survey process, analyzes the data, and uses their expertise to determine the rankings. The assessment consists of an in-depth anonymous employee survey (75%) and a review of workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The numerical rankings of the companies to make the list were revealed at an awards ceremony on December 7, 2023.

Eligible companies must have at least 15 employees working in Pennsylvania; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; be a publicly or privately held business; have a facility in Pennsylvania; and be in business a minimum of one year.
