Last night, our virtual events series continued with a very special guest, award-winning chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and media personality… the one and only Chef Bobby Flay!
Attendees were treated to a private interactive cooking class where Chef Flay showed us how to prepare his Cast-Iron Porterhouse with Brown Butter and Blue Cheese and Mashed Potatoes with Green Chile Queso Sauce, which he paired with Thanksgiving-themed side dishes, dessert, cocktail, and hand-selected wine, live from his kitchen in New York City.
Guests had the opportunity to ask questions while hearing stories from his kitchen – and picked up new culinary techniques throughout the night to impress family and friends.
