Messages should drive holiday awareness and generate site traffic. Promote current and upcoming deals.Introduce gift ideas, must-haves and trends. Consider sending a “sneak peek” or “VIP preview” email to yourNew, Active and High Value customers. This is a great opportunity to use product recommendations and incorporate recently browsed items or complementary items to those that were purchased during Black Friday.

NOVEMBER 27, 2017 CYBER MONDAY

Similar to Black Friday, send multiple times and apply send time optimization strategies to stay top of mind all day. Resend Cyber Monday messages to non-openers to stay on top of the inbox. Create urgency to finish out strong on the number one online shopping day of the year.
