As part of the January 5th release, you will see a brand-new look and feel throughout the Listrak application. This update marks the beginning of a new initiative in 2022 to update and enhance the user interface and help you better reach your goals through a clean and intuitive user experience.
As part of our mission to empower marketers with next-generation cross-channel tools to deliver results, Listrak is proud to announce Journey Hub! Journey Hub replaces Workflow as Listrak's sophisticated, drag-and-drop, cross-channel marketing automation tool to orchestrate every interaction across the customer journey.
Listrak clients can now expand and enhance their customers' journeys with custom events empowering new campaigns like Wishlist messages or any other custom triggered journeys using Listrak's Cross Channel REST API. Object data included in the API call, such as Wishlist items, can now be used to personalize cross-channel messages and to further orchestrate the journey.
Drag and drop product blocks are now available to add beautiful, stylized products directly from your catalog data. Simply enter a SKU and product data elements including the image, title, pricing, and buttons will be available to customize the design to your brand.
Seamlessly integrate customer journeys with 3rd parties by using a Webhook Action Step. Webhooks allow you to trigger and send real-time data to a 3rd party application as a customer moves through the Webhook Action Step in Journey Hub.
A Data Management Action Step is available in Journey Hub allowing you to subscribe or unsubscribe to a specific email or SMS list. Often, this will be used along with a custom event to determine list subscription for further messaging.
Go beyond a basic yes/no two-step decision spit by creating multiple paths allowing for more complex orchestration and personalized experiences within a consolidated journey.
Create highly interactive SMS text message Info Campaigns using keywords to trigger and orchestrate customer journeys. Make automated strategic decisions and provide targeted messaging and offers using unique coupon codes based on customer responses and interactions.
Fully automated A/B split testing is now available for SMS campaigns. Options are available to send the winning version to the remaining audience automatically once a winning variation has been determined. Detailed reporting is available to gather insights and learnings that can be used to conduct future tests.
Listrak's strategic partnership with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is expanding to integrate with Growth Xcelerator Platform (GXP) to allow triggered email sends through SFMC and syncing of GXP Journey email activity. Shared clients will continue to experience dramatic GXP results with the option of using the SFMC platform for message delivery.
