In his career, Robb has been involved with winning over 146 new clients representing $1+ billion in billings.

Prior to starting RHC, Robb was CMO at Young & Rubicam Group where he led new business initiatives for Y&R, Mediaedge, Burson-Marsteller, Landor, Wunderman, Sudler and Bravo.

Before that he was part of a core team that built a small agency of 35 people to a fairly large multi-discipline firm with a staff of 410 as COO of Kirshenbaum & Bond.

In addition to his new business development practice, Robb is an agency search consultant and has watched dozens of MarCom firms compete.
