As the Director of Education, Cynthia assists clients with learning the Listrak platform. She is a highly-skilled trainer with over ten years of experience. Cynthia began her training career in the apparel retail industry and continued to gain expertise as a software trainer and client manager in the consumer packaged goods industry. Through her experience, she excels in both customer service and relaying technical complexities in understandable terms. She is also the host of Listrak training webinars as well as the designer of Listrak self-paced recordings and user guides. Cynthia is passionate about providing excellent, impactful training to both internal and external Listrak customers. Her goal is to ensure that every Listrak client gets the help they need to master, and make the most of, the tools available at Listrak.
