CEO’s Letter
The Listrak product development team has been busy this month preparing for the pending launch of Listrak 4.0. The Listrak 4.0 feature set paves the way to our Event Triggered Messaging platform which will be available later this fall. With Listrak 4.0, customers can look forward to a host of new features coming available in early August. The biggest improvement comes in the form of a completely redesigned Dynamic Content engine. We have added a new Content Library that allows Listrak customers to store content within their Listrak account to be used within the Dynamic Content framework. We have also overhauled our reporting structure to support larger datasets as well as the ability to group and sort messages within a campaign structure. We’ve also made Listrak easier to use by optimizing our menu structure for better workflow and usability.
Beyond what is available within the Listrak graphical user interface, we also continue to make improvements to our API. Full documentation and test scripts are available at http://webservices.listrak.com.
We’re all very proud of the new features and improvements that will be available within the Listrak 4.0 feature set. We’re looking forward to the rollout in early August. We’ll have more information on Listrak 4.0 in next month’s newsletter.
I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July.

Updated White Paper - Using Google Analytics with Email Marketing to Increase Reporting Capabilities and Boost Relevancy and Response
Listrak has put together the following tips to help marketers that are new to web analytics. This white paper discusses the Google Analytics tool and it will give marketers an overview and basic understanding of how web analytics can be used to gain an insight on subscriber behavior, how it can be used to create targeted email marketing campaigns, and how marketers can use the information to remarket to subscribers.
Implementing RSS as a Marketing Tool
The web-based nature of RSS goes hand-in-hand with email marketing. Marketers are using this technology to drive more customers to their websites, update their customers on corporate or industry news, and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. All of this translates into additional business and increased ROI.
Listrak 4.0 to be Released in August
Listrak announced today that it is releasing its newest version, Listrak 4.0, this August. The new release features dynamic content, which allows you to create emails that are more targeted and relevant to your contacts while decreasing the time it takes to build each email campaign. Content can be written once and then stored in Listrak’s Content Library and reused as needed.
Listrak 4.0 also includes a new Campaign Manager which will make it even easier for users to group email messages into campaigns and track the results across the entire group at once.
It is important for current Listrak users to note that the menu is changing. A PDF of the new menu can be found here.
More information will be released to our customers over the upcoming weeks.
Ross Kramer to Present RSS Session at EduWeb

In this session, Ross will explain how companies can use RSS technology to achieve an expanded marketing scope that is virtually limitless. Companies will learn how to get started with RSS, how to integrate social bookmarking links, how to use RSS in more advanced ways to achieve even greater benefits, and what to avoid along the way.
Eduweb is being held at the Sheraton Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD, July 22-24, 2007.
The Brickery Grill and Bar
The Brickery Grill and Bar, one of Atlanta’s leading neighborhood family-style restaurants, has implemented the Listrak email marketing solution. Formerly a bCentral user, The Brickery needed to find an email solution provider after Microsoft announced that it would no longer support its product. The Brickery was recommended to Listrak and it knew that Listrak could take their weekly email marketing campaigns to the next level. Most importantly, it knew that Listrak shared its values in the way it builds customer relationships and offers personal service. To read the entire Brickery case study, click here.
