Listrak's Media Library makes it easy for email marketers to store, manage, and link image files located on your computer, such as product photos and company logos, as well as text documents, to email campaigns. No need to always upload files to your company’s Web server or depend on in-house IT departments.
The Media Library provides access to 25 MB of storage space in your Listrak account, and up to 3 GB of data transfer within any month. Additional storage space and data transfer activity may be purchased. The Current Usage tab in the Media Library displays real time usage of storage space and bandwidth.
Additionally, a tree view within the Media Library makes organizing your files a snap. Files can be organized in folders according to user or campaign. After you have created folders, you can drag files from one folder to another.
Supported file types include .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .gif, .doc, .xls, .pdf, .png, .rtf, .asc, .faq, .html, .htm, .hlp, .txt, and .text files. Media library files are accessible from the message authoring page within any subscriber list.
