Listrak Certification Track

Listrak offers current clients the exclusive opportunity to send their email managers, marketing team, designers, IT staff, and other key employees responsible for creating, deploying, tracking, and managing their email campaigns to a two day Listrak certification course.

No matter what level of experience you have using Listrak, you will learn how to streamline design time, manage data for enhanced targeting and segmentation, increase deliverability, and use Listrak’s advanced features for even greater campaign results. Session topics include:

  • List Management and Suppression
  • Profiling and Segmentation
  • Content Management and Listrak’s WYSIWYG Editor
  • Dynamic Content Campaigns
  • Reporting, Analytics, and Performance Testing
  • Configuring Listrak for Maximum Deliverability and Operability

Participants will spend time with Listrak’s executives, trainers, and product developers to learn how they can improve the interaction they have with their subscribers. Participants are encouraged to bring sample campaigns for one-on-one analysis as this is their time to have all of their questions answered by the experts at Listrak.

Technical Track

The Technical Track in Listrak’s 2008 Email Marketing Days conference focuses on all of the technical aspects that impact email campaigns. Participants will learn from industry experts on key factors, including deliverability, reputation, authentication and accreditation, and advanced sending procedures.

This track is designed for intermediate to advanced-level users that have some experience with in knowledge in IT-related subject matter. Session topics include:

Strategy and Best Practices Track

Listrak’s 2008 Email Marketing Days features a Strategy and Best Practices track filled with real-life examples and case studies on the challenges email marketers face and solutions to overcoming these issues.

This track is designed for all user levels and promises to give participants insights on changes they can make to boost campaign performance. Session topics include:

One-on-One Sessions

Attendees have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Listrak’s experts and specialists for discussions in any area that they have questions or need additional help. The 30 minute sessions are scheduled in advance to keep time away from the sessions at a minimum. Attendees are encouraged to bring samples of campaigns for individual analysis.
