Matt has over 13 years of experience in the information technology field and holds a BS in Business Administration from Albright College. During his career, he has worked in various roles including support, administration, and project management. He has been with Listrak since 2004 and currently serves as the Director of Client Services where he is responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience via a world-class, comprehensive training and support system. Matt has also become Listrak’s deliverability expert on both the technical and creative side.

Brent Shroyer began working for Vertex Internet after graduating from Kutztown University in 1999. The following year, the company began a new business venture, Listrak Email Marketing, and Brent served as the Creative Director for both companies. In 2006, Brent’s focus remained solely on Listrak as he became the Product Manager of the Listrak product. With his new role, Brent is responsible for establishing the roadmap and timeline for new Listrak features, and he manages the development team. Brent is also part of the marketing team and he specializes in SEO and site analytics.
