Listrak is expanding its digital marketing services past email, as the company is preparing to introduce a personalization engine for retailers at the end of the month.
The service, called Recommender, will work with Listrak’s email offering to provide retailers with an integrated digital marketing platform. Through the platform, retailers can create and share personalized content across channels, including email, Web, mobile and social. Recommender will be made available on March 31.

Now with Listrak, retailers can create personalized experiences across all customer touchpoints – email, mobile, social, web and store – from a single platform.”
Through the new recommendation engine, retailers can control the products that are promoted and how they are presented to consumers. In fact, the engine allows retailers to adjust business rules based on aspects such as brand, categories, related items and other criteria to determine what products are displayed to consumers. It is important to note that the platform also personalizes email campaigns at the time of open so that subscribers receive a personal experience with up-to-date content.
