Based on an interview with an existing Listrak customer and subsequent financial analysis, Forrester reports the following three-year risk-adjusted results:

- $1,735,426 net present value
- $12,006,000 year one revenue
- 18% of online traffic driven by Listrak
The study reveals that for the interviewed customer specifically, within the first year, Listrak’s email marketing platform and omnichannel digital marketing solutions increased eCommerce revenue by $6.4 million and brick-and-mortar revenue by $5.6 million.
