    Has the Correct Day and Time been Chosen to Send the Campaign?

    To send the message, marketers must choose a day and time that has generated the most responses from the specific target group in the past.  If this data is unknown to them, they may ask the Webmaster to research website traffic as this will show them when the target audience is most active and available.
