One-Off Filter
Listrak’s One-Off Filter allows you to control which recipients are added to your segments and which ones are excluded so you build the most targeted distribution segments possible. Using this feature, you can build profile filters to sort and mine your data. However, unlike the Profile Filter feature that adds all of the contacts that match the filter to your list, the one-off filter allows you to hand-select each contact from the group to determine whether or not each individual should be added to the distribution list. You may select as many contacts or as few, or even just one contact, to receive your message.
To make profiling even easier, Listrak’s One-Off Filter and Profiling Filter features now include the common contact fields Email and Subscribe Date so you can quickly sort your data based on these attributes. For example, using the Email attribute you can sort the contacts by domain or, using the Subscribe Date attribute, you can sort the contacts that opted-in to your lists within a certain date range. These are the most common search functions, and this feature is the quickest way possible to sort this data.
