Taking a cue from catalogers and using RFM (recency, frequency, monetary value) metrics, you can determine which customers are most likely to pay full price, which ones need a small incentive to complete the purchase, and which ones require a larger discount - and if it’s worth it.
Using real client data, you’ll learn how to evaluate your customers and calculate their RFM values, why it’s important, and how to appropriately apply discounts to each segment.
