One of these advanced features is the List Unsubscribe Header option. This feature supports the recent change implemented by Microsoft’s Live Mail, which is being adopted by many other ISPs as well. The feature replaces the “Report Spam” button with an “Unsubscribe” button on emails that are sent from users on the recipient’s safe sender list, and it eliminates the message from being blocked by ISPs or mistakenly reported as Spam by users that no longer wish to receive messages from the sender. It helps to keep your good reputation intact.
Listrak supports this change with its List Unsubscribe Header option, which allows you to insert the list removal link automatically in the message header so you can easily track users that unsubscribe using this method.
