Corporate Review Group
Before you deploy your emails to your list of subscribers, you must carefully review the layout and contents to be sure there are no errors, broken links, misspellings, or inaccuracies. And it’s not enough to send the message to your work email address – you must also review the message in different email clients to ensure it renders properly and images and links remain intact. When you have completed all of the tweaks and modifications, there are a number of internal contacts, such as other members of your marketing team, which should receive a copy of the message as a final review. This way, you have additional members reviewing the messaging while alerting them in advance of the communications being sent to your subscribers.
Finally, there are members of your organization that will need to see copies of the messages being sent but have little or no input on the creative side, such as sales executives, customer service representatives, members of the shipping department, the IT department, and other employees who need to know about the emails so they may plan accordingly for the influx of inquiries and orders that the email will generate.
