For most email campaigns, attachments should be kept at a minimum, or not used at all. It is always better to refer to relevant documents via a link to your company’s Web site or to your Media Library rather than attach them to your message. Many clients, until they become familiar with your campaign, might be hesitant to open emails containing attachments for fear of being on the receiving end of a virus or spyware, since spammers have historically used attachments for that very purpose.
However, as permission-based email marketers, you might occasionally need to attach documents. Listrak makes it quick and safe with our attachment support. The Attachment field allows you to add documents, spreadsheets, and other file attachments to your email message quickly and easily. Multiple files may be added at once and files may also be deleted from this field.
Listrak limits the combined size of attachments per message to 3MB. If the attachments exceed the limit, you will be prompted to modify the attachment list.
