How Reputation Impacts Deliverability

One of the greatest challenges legitimate email marketers face is the Report Spam button included in many email clients.  While this button is helpful for reporting unsolicited messages that mistakenly make it through the spam blocks set up by ISPs, users have become accustomed to using it as a method of unsubscribing from email lists that they signed up to receive but no longer want.

ESPs and ISPs are working to resolve these issues as too many complaints leads to damaged reputations and blocked messages.  In the meantime, it is extremely important for you to monitor your subscribers that have reported you and to remove them from your lists immediately so you do not accidently send them messages from other lists.

Listrak not only logs your subscribers that report your messages as spam, but it also removes those subscribers automatically from your lists.  That way, you can monitor the feedback loops at your convenience without having to worry about accidently sending messages to subscribers that sent abuse complaints regarding your emails.
