Listrak allows you to store detailed contact profiling information in an organized manner that is easy for you to view and use.  The profiles are broken down into three separate tabs – profile data, campaign history, and click history – so you can manage the different profiling data in a quick and easy format.  The profiles are conveniently accessed simply by clicking on the email address in any contact-level report or through the contact search feature.

The Contact Campaign History Report tab contains the name of the lists that contact resides on, the subject lines of the emails that were sent, the open date and time, and whether or not the contact opened, read, or clicked on the message.  Like the rest of Listrak’s reports, you may set the report parameters to a specific date and time range in order to expand or narrow your search criteria.

The information stored in the Contact Campaign History Report gives you a quick snapshot of the emails that your contacts were most interested in so you may continue to target them with similar messages.
