Success Manager
Listrak, one of the fastest growing email marketing providers, has an immediate opening for a passionate and dedicated Account Manager. This individual will build successful, beneficial, and long-term customer relationships through daily interaction. The position is responsible for client development, growth, and satisfaction. The position works closely with our internal Professional Services and Production Development teams to ensure strategies, campaigns, and solutions are implemented in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, having some experience with HTML, an understanding of Software as a Solution, and an understanding of mobile technology. The candidate must be able to engage clients on the phone for the majority of the day and should be a self-starter with very strong communication skills and have a proven ability to solve problems quickly. Two years of marketing experience is a must; salary commensurate with experience. Listrak offers a full benefit package including health insurance, 401K, and paid vacation, sick time and holidays.
