Listrak provides extensive account management tools that administrators may use to keep their accounts current with the correct information.  Administrators may enter the names, email addresses, phone number, and job responsibility for each of the users on their Listrak account – they may even subscribe or unsubscribe members from Listrak’s newsletter list right on the account page!  This makes it quick and easy for administrators to ensure their staff is kept up-to-date with everything happening at Listrak, and it helps Listrak contact the right person for billing, data, design, or development issues.

Administrators may also view a list of their users and determine what templates, lists, and functions each associate may use. That way, the right people have access to the right data and functionality while sensitive data remains secure.
